After opening the application and after opening the browser version of the ProTrainUp system, the private calendar will automatically open, showing all events associated with the given user. If you have two children, you will see both of their trainings there. If you want to see the schedule of only one of them, go to the diary → team calendar tab.
If the club has integrated the ProTrainUp system with an external payment system enabling quick transfers, you can proceed to payment through the widget above the calendar in the app or through the menu to the diary → payments tab. Choose whether you want to pay one fee or several at once and click "pay".
You can do this by entering the training details or selecting the "confirm attendance" option on the calendar for the given event. If you are reporting an absence, you can also provide the reason.
You can see attendance, as well as other data and statistics in the player's profile. Just click the person icon in the bottom right corner in the app.
You can send a message to the coach. In the app, go to the messenger via the message icon on the bottom bar. In the browser, you will find it at the top, next to notifications. Then select a conversation with the coach or create a new one, select the user and write a message.
If you have more than one role, you can switch between them in the app above the menu. In the browser, you will find this option on the top bar next to your name. Switching will be necessary, among other things, when paying fees. If you don't see the role you're looking for in the app, click the "refresh access" button. If it's still not visible, contact the club.
