Document Workflow Module (Max MB per file)
This module allows quick distribution and sharing of documents, regulations, forms, and other files with players and their parents. Files can be uploaded in various formats and shared with entire teams or individual users.
Membership Fee / Finance Module
Enables the creation of one-time or monthly fees, tracking of payment history, monitoring outstanding balances, and automatic notifications about overdue payments. You can also set custom fee amounts for individuals.
Facility and Reservation Module
Lets you add sports and education facilities and divide them into segments. When scheduling training sessions, facility schedules are automatically generated to prevent booking conflicts.
Fee Automation Module (with Online Payments)
Allows parents to make instant online payments (via PayU, Przelewy24, Dotpay, Stripe). The system automatically assigns the payment to the correct player and clears the outstanding balance — a great solution to eliminate manual bookkeeping.
Skill assessment module
The module allows for monitoring player development using a transparent skill rating system divided into primary categories. This enables you to create progress reports—an effective tool for working with both youth and professionals.
Online training draft module
The module allows for creating training plans in a simple editor. You can invite another coach to collaborate on a draft or share it for review. The tool also allows for modifying exercises for a specific training unit.
Medical module
The module allows for full medical documentation of players. Managing injuries is transparent; a player can report an injury themselves, and a history is created during subsequent check-ups. The module also allows for generating collective injury summaries.
Medical examinations module
This module allows for managing medical examinations, including periodic check-ups. The system automatically notifies parents of upcoming deadlines, minimizing the risk of having invalid examinations during competitions.
Training evaluation module
The module allows coaches to evaluate completed training units according to defined criteria, such as goal achievement, player engagement levels, or exercise effectiveness. Data can be analyzed cyclically or individually.
Coaches' time tracking module
The module allows for tracking coaches' working hours based on the entered training and match schedule. By entering appropriate amounts and requirements, we get a ready-made summary for coach settlements.
Mass communication module (SMS / E-mail per month)
The module allows for sending notifications, reminders, and important information to selected groups or individuals. It can be used for payment reminders or as a marketing tool to inform parents about upcoming events.
Recruitment and surveys module
The module allows for creating application forms for the club or club events. Parents fill in the data themselves, which forms the basis for creating a profile. Additionally, it can generate membership declarations or contracts in PDF format.
Warehouse module
The module allows for managing sports equipment—from balls to club apparel. The system tracks issues and stock levels, assigns equipment to groups or players, and generates usage history.
Bank statement parsing module
With this module, you can reconcile fees paid directly to the club account. After importing the file, the system suggests which player and fee to assign a given transfer to.
Fatigue analysis module
The module allows for monitoring player load and recovery. Players fill out short surveys regarding well-being, sleep, and fatigue—coaches receive data that helps plan loads and prevent injuries.
Assessment and scouting module
This module allows for a clear player scouting process. Observations go directly into the system and are available to management. It can also be used for internal observations.
E-commerce module
The module allows for the sale of apparel, gadgets, and accessories through your own online store. The shop is managed from the inventory level within the ProTrainUp system.
Individual work module
The module allows for planning, assigning, and monitoring individual tasks. Coaches can prepare a dedicated plan for each player, e.g., after an injury or during a training break.
Club Website module
With this module, the club can create a modern, responsive website integrated with ProTrainUp. News, schedules, tables, and squads are generated automatically based on system data.
Class registration module
This module allows for online registration for classes—players or parents can choose a date, sign up, and pay for participation. The module checks availability and automatically closes registration when a group is full.
Organization module
The parent organization module enables central management of multiple clubs, academies, or branches within one structure. It ensures consistent data access, facilitates supervision, and supports growth analysis across the entire organization.
Invoicing module
The module allows for automatic invoice generation and delivery. You can issue recurring invoices, export them to accounting systems, or send them directly to clients—all integrated with payments and fees.
